HISTORIC MAIN STREET LOCATION - In 2003 the law firm purchased and remodeled an historic turn of the century Queen Anne style Victorian home located on Main Street in Boise, Idaho. The firm is located near the Idaho State Capitol, the Idaho Supreme Court, and adjacent to the new Ada County Courthouse.

RICHARD C. MELLON, JR.  graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1966 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1972, Mr. Mellon received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tennessee (Order of the Coif). After law school Mr. Mellon was admitted to the Bar in Tennessee (1973) and subsequently joined a large Idaho law firm practicing in the area of civil litigation.  He later became house counsel for State Farm Insurance Company, and in 2010 joined the law firm of Brassey, Crawford & Howell. Mr. Mellon’s practice includes insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Mellon is a member of the Idaho State Bar and is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Idaho.
